Biography

I grew up in Neyveli, Tamilnadu - known for its lignite mines & thermal power generation. I studied at the Jawahar Higher Secondary School, Neyveli. I obtained my MBBS degree from the reputed Christian Medical College & Hospital, Vellore, Tamilnadu, India

My General Surgical & Laparoscopy training was in the United Kingdom mainly in Coventry, Warwick and Birmingham between 1997 & 2006. Following my training and exams, I was awarded Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, MRCS (Eng) and Edinburgh MRCS Ed in 2000. I returned to India with my family in 2006. I have been with Apollo Speciality Hospital, Madurai since 2008.
